Dennis and Janet 

First Baptist Church Okmulgee is led by a great staff under the leadership of Senior Pastor Dr. Dennis Taylor (he is old).  They love the Lord and lead us to love Christ and each other.

Pastor, Dennis Taylor and his wife, Janet have served First Baptist Church, Okmulgee since 1993.  They have two adult sons, David and Michael and have been blessed with 3 beautiful grandchildren.  Dennis has a passion for the Lord and reaching the lost with the love of Jesus.  When Dennis is not at the church, you will find him with his horses or hunting on a mountain in Colorado.

Joey and Family 

Worship Pastor, Joey Taylor and his wife, Julie have served First Baptist since September of 2007.  They have two beautiful daughters, Alli and Raylee.  Joey cares for the church family and provides leadership during our worship services through music.  He involves people young and old in the praise and worship of the Savior through music.  Joey loves being outside and if you get up early enough in the mornings, you’ll find him at the Y working out before coming to the church!

Justin and Family

Youth Pastor, Justin Campbell and his wife, Tobi have two beautiful children, Paden and Ashton.  Justin provides leadership to the youth of our community, 7th grade through college. We have seen tremendous spiritual growth in our students under Justin’s leadership since he joined the staff in June of 2007. When not at the church Justin enjoys spending time with his family and making people feel better through his services as a Dr. of Chiropractic Medicine at his office in Morris.

Ministry Assistant, Jayme Hankins serves with her sweet spirit and caring heart to keep the office going.  She is the mother of three and grandmother to “Noah.”  She shows us all how to love unconditionally and sacrificially.  She has served the FBC Family for nearly 18 years.
